配合內政部移民署自110年1月起辦理外來人口新式統一證號換發作業，如您已換發新式統一證號，提醒您下列事項：

Cooperating with the National Immigration Agency in handling the renewal of the new UI No.  for migrants from January 2021, If you had already applied for the New UI No., please noticed the following:

一、請攜帶含有新式統一證號之居留證、統一證號基資表或入出境許可證，及原留印鑑至本行任一營業單位辦理變更。

Please bring the residence permit containing the new UI No. or the UI number basic information form 、exit&entry permit and original seal  to any of our branches for modification.

二、您亦可撥打本行電話，向您帳戶開戶行表示已辦理更新為新式統一證號，並提供最新之身分證明文件正反面影本(提供方式可為傳真、以電子郵件寄送掃描檔、紙本郵寄或由他人代為傳遞等)，本行待收到您所提供之證件後，將由專人與您聯繫。

You can also call our bank to indicate to your account opening branch that it has been updated to the new UI No. and provide the latest photocopy of the front and back of the identity document (provided methods can be fax, scanned file, mail, or delivery in person) After the bank receives the certificate you provide, we will contact you for confirmation.

三、如已於本行辦妥新式統一證號變更手續，如有申辦網路銀行者，請改以「新式統一證號」及原使用者代號及網銀密碼登入。

If you have completed the procedures for updating the new UI No. with our bank, applicants who apply for online banking should log in with the "new UI number",the original user ID and online banking password.

四、請留意申報綜合所得稅時，您所申報之統一證號是否與本行留存一致，以免影響自身權益。另外，請向與您有入扣帳往來之相關單位，例如發薪公司、證券公司或保險公司…等，同步更新您的統一證號，以利後續順利辦理入扣帳作業。

Please pay attention to whether the UI No. you declare is the same as that retained by the bank when you declare the comprehensive income tax, so as not to affect your own rights and interests. In addition, please update your UI No. to the relevant units with which you have debit and debit transactions, such as payroll companies, securities companies, or insurance companies, so as to facilitate the subsequent smooth processing of debit and debit operations.
